Although the frequent subject of controversy, numerous experts promote conversational hypnosis and programs like Underground Hypnosis as useful approaches. It’s inaccurate to refer to hypnosis as mind control for the much quoted adage about “mind over matter” comes into play; you can convey messages easily and assuage, perhaps even treat, emotional, mental and even physical issues by use of the subconscious. You can use this to do something as irrelevant as making time to watch a specific television program or some light-hearted suggestion to working against mental disorder and surmounting various addictions. In the hands of someone experienced, there’s no real risk.
As with the majority of hypnotic schema, the goal of conversational hypnosis is to place the subject into trance, and Underground Hypnosis will help you do just that. You can usually only make the trance so deep. How deeply the subject enters the trance state is governed by aspects of their emotional status and hypnotist’s ability. As you first induce the trance state, the subject’s smaller muscles begin to declench at their unconscious decision. They feel dozy, though not tired. Many subjects also feel as if their eyelids are growing heavier. You’ll watch hands unclench and shoulders slump as this pleasant relaxation washes through them in no time at all. A skilled practitioner can establish trances deep enough that the only sound heard is that created by the hypnotist. When they’re led to this depth, the power of suggestion comes in, establishing a route to the unconscious mind. When deep enough it becomes possible to block memory of given situations — or to suppress physical sensation, causing you not to experience a touch or pain in a given area. Hallucinations slowly manifest the farther the subject falls into trance, and eventually they will arrive at a state similar to that found through anesthesia. When anesthesia appears, for various reason, inappropriate, hypnosis has very often been considered to fill the same role.
You won’t learn how to take someone to that state using Underground Hypnosis, though, naturally, that degree of depth is seldom called for. In most cases, the lower degrees are more than enough.
So look into the Underground Hypnosis program — anybody can sign up. By spending a little time learning and a little more time practicing what you’ve learned, you’ll quite soon become quite an expert hypnotist. That’s all you have to do — nothing to disturb you.
